  • We will review a sample timeline and detailed Marketing Plan for your home.

Help You to Prepare your Property

  • We help make your property shine. We will work with you to prepare your property for the market by making repairs,  obtaining reports and staging.
  • Discuss the strengths of your property and how to best showcase them
  • Go over potential improvements that will increase the value of your home
  • Help you manage the costs, including deferment of costs until close
  • Get bids and coordinate any work that needs to be done prior to marketing the property
  • Manage workers and update you on progress as work is being completed

  • We work with the Buyer’s agent in negotiation to maximize your sales price and optimize your terms.
  • We review all offers with you and go over all the pluses and minuses of each one.

Manage the Escrow Process

  • We work as project managers to make sure the entire process goes as smoothly as possible, including:
    • Coordinate with the Title Company and any Bank involved to insure a smooth escrow
    • Maintain a relationship with the Buyer and Buyer’s Agent to keep things moving forward
    • Insure the buyer has all disclosures and pertinent property information to review and sign
    • Advise you of contingency dates and other important contractual milestones and make sure they are addressed in a timely manner.
    • Review the closing statement with you.
    • Schedule and attend your escrow appointment when you sign your loan documents and finalize your paperwork

After Close of Escrow

  • Help you with any issues that come up after you sell your home and be a resource for you regarding any real estate  related questions
  • We are available throughout the entire transaction to answer any and all questions that may arise. We are here to take care of you.
